- The product is not customized or made-to-order
- The product has not been installed or assembled
Once installation or assembly is completed, the item is considered accepted, as services have already been carried out.
3. Change of Mind

Returns due to change of mind are subject to the seller’s policy and may not always be possible. For this reason, we recommend reviewing product dimensions, materials, and specifications before completing your purchase.
4. Non-Returnable Items

- Clearance or final sale items

Bank Transfer Payments
- Standard furniture: AED 300 – 500 may be deducted for delivery/handling
- Large items: AED 1,500 – 2,000 may apply for delivery and installation services
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval
Card Payments
- Delivery charges may be deducted
- A 5% payment processing fee may apply
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time depends on your bank
